Great location, lovely house Positive: Fantastic location, beautiful yard, and we got lucky with the weather and had dinner outside Negative: The grips on the stairs could be fixed

Positive: Plenty of rooms Negative: the amount I spent was not valued. Limited water usage, too strict even for a guest visiting, keeping a non functioning toilet out side the backyard is uncleaned with fallen leaves and branches.
