Blossom Cottage - Cosy Retreat

Loved it. Would definitely stay again if need be. Positive: We really just needed somewhere close to Richmond. We had travelled from Port Arthur and when we arrived we were all very pleasantly surprised. The furnishings and how it was decorated well absolutely beautiful and everything was so clean. Heaps of room and comfy beds. The gardens were beautiful too. Negative: The only thing we all didn't go much on, and it didn't really inconvenience us that much, was how the shared bathroom was situated.

A Truly Enchanting Stay Positive: From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most stunning flower gardens and beautifully landscaped trees. Everything is kept so neatly, making for a perfect first impression. The property also offers convenient on-site parking, which made our arrival very smooth. ​The interior of the house is equally impressive—the first thing we noticed was how wonderfully fragrant the home smelled. It is equipped with great amenities, including a TV with Apple TV and a fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware you could possibly need. ​A small note to the host: We enjoyed cooking some Thai dishes during our stay, which we fear might have slightly competed with the lovely home fragrance! We apologize for that, but we made sure to leave the kitchen sparkling clean for you. Negative: The bedrooms were another highlight, featuring charming and cozy bedding. Regarding the layout, the main bedroom is accessed through the shared bathroom. While we understand this is likely due to space constraints, adding locks on the bathroom doors would greatly improve privacy and comfort for groups sharing the space. ​Overall, it is a beautiful and well-equipped home that we truly enjoyed.

Spacious and fabulous Positive: Very spacious with excellent facilities and goodies.

Such a beautiful property so lovely and clean and comfortable! Positive: Gorgeous gardens, lovely and perfectly cleaned with beautiful spacious rooms, great kitchen with plenty of utensils and cooking facilities, very comfortable beds and nice linen. Negative: Only thing is no locks on toilets when a two way bathroom and sharing. Also no shower caddy so you have to bend to the floor to keep using your cleaning products.

Positive: Comfortable and clean, kitchen well equipped. Beautiful garden. Straight forward checkin and instructions were clear. Negative: Access to rear bedroom is awkward. Only access is through the other bedroom and then through the bathroom.
